Summer Programme

For You Education Ltd (“FYE”) reserves the right to refuse the admission of any student who, in FYE’s opinion, may impact the learning of other students in its center and/or impact the teaching of FYE’s teachers.

FYE reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrollment at any time due to, including but not limited to, non-payment of tuition in part or in full, disruptive behavior in class or at the center, negative impact on other students’ learning and/or FYE’s teacher.

Enrolment is only confirmed upon successful payment and completion of registration form.

FYE reserves the right to change any pre-assigned STEAM Teacher for any lesson as deemed appropriate or necessary. FYE is not required to provide prior notice for such arrangements.

TUITION & COURSE DETAILS

All tuition fees must be settled 3 days before the class commences. FYE reserves the right to withdraw or preclude any student from attending any class if course fee has not been settled.
Tuition must be paid at the time of registration via cash, cheques or other online payment methods available at that time. FYE reserves the right to change or decline any payment method without prior notice.
Tuitions are non-refundable once the student’s placement has been confirmed.
A class should consist of a minimum of 6 people. If the requirement is not met, students and/or parents will be informed 3 days before the class if it has been cancelled
The final product produced may be different to what was marketed. The quality of the final product will depend on the student’s ability.
FYE reserves the right to change, including but not limited to time, course fee, course content, course materials and/ or structure, at any time without further notice. For the most up-to-date tuition fee and course details, please refer to the rates as published on our website, brochure and/or printed leaflets, or on our latest published amendment.

CANCELLATION, CLASS ARRANGEMENT AND SAFETY POLICY

FYE has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled within this period will not be credited back or rebooked.
Except in the event that the student’s application for enrollment is not accepted or classes are being cancelled by FYE, no refunds of tuition will be provided.
Classes will be cancelled if Typhoon 8 or above, or BLACK rainstorm signal or above, or gathering restrictions are issued or expected to be issued 3 hours before classes start. Clients should take the responsibility to check whether such classes will be cancelled.
FYE reserves the right to make any changes to the courses including curriculum, class size, class time, number of classes at any time as FYE sees fit.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety of the students before and after class. Students are not required to notify FYE when leaving any premises where the classes are arranged.
In case of serious accidents where immediate medical care is required, students will be sent to the nearest hospital.

Any resources borrowed from FYE should be returned in the condition it was borrowed in. Should it be damaged, students will incur a minimum charge of $3000 HKD for the repairing of damaged items. In case of dispute on the condition of resources borrowed, FYE reserves the right to determine its original condition.

FYE, at all times, shall not be liable for any items or properties being lost or stolen at any of FYE’s location for any reason whatsoever. Student agrees to be solely responsible for taking care of his/her own personal belongings at any of FYE’s locations.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

FYE reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on FYE’s website.

PERSONAL DATA AND EDITORIAL MATERIALS

Unless otherwise specified or opt-out in writing to our email address at foryoueducation@gmail.com, all clients and participants to any programs, including but not limited to courses, free and/or paid classes organised by FYE agree and allow FYE to freely use all photography, film and sound material that has been created by FYE without further approval from the participant for promotional or educational purposes. These include but are not limited to all rights to images, footages, student’s and/or participant’s work.

Personal data may be collected and/or processed by FYE both within and outside Hong Kong mainly for the purpose of booking completion, product and/or service provision. FYE reserves the right to inform clients of any new offers, products and services which may be of interest to clients including but not limited to E-mail and SMS. FYE processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender include every gender and any reference to a person includes a reference to a body corporate or any unincorporated entity.
